That makes sense, kinda.

Then again, i'm using the same MB with updated database and it doesn't buck with warnings.

That is strange. As far as the bing search feature is concerned, nothing has changed between 12.0.6 and 12.0.13.
Meanwhile, we are working on a solution to host the search api on our own server to avoid the false alarm thrown by malwarebytes.

... think they have 'cause i'm not seein' dem in latest 12.0.14 update.

I installed the latest 64bit version and I am not seeing the warning.
