[solved] Slimjet doen't work on puPPy Linux with protopage

Hello everybody:

I use slimjet with my puPPy Linux tahr 6.02, but with it I cant edit my PROTOPAGE PAGE (I can do it with other browsers)

It's possible because I'm using an old versión of slimjet.

Can u made a puPPy updated versión of slimjet or is a problem with it too.

Ok a few things come to mind

Download page

1. 32 vs 64, be sure you have matched your hardware/OS to the Slimjet distribution, install the package that matches what you have and are running as OS,

2. I'm not sure which Slimjet Linux distro supports Puppy best, none of them seem to state directly that they do so..... If you have installed the DEB Slimjet try the TAR instead and see how that goes

3. May I further suggest

• disable your ad blocker for that domain, see what happens

no go?

• Disable your extensions across the board, all of them, see what happens

go? • turn the extensions back on one at a time until you find the problem

no go? • I'm out of suggestions

Thanks a lot for your suggestion.

Now I updated slim jet to the last version (12) for linux and the problem is that I cant activate the button.

It appears an "OPEN ALL" button, next to the EDIT ONE... and I cant activate it.

With others puppy distros there is no problem so I suppose what happens is that I activated some options in this slimjet browser.

How can I restore my Slimjet to the default options....???

Partially solved:- Changing the user theres no problem with the edition of links, so I'll try to find what happens with my default user. The same happens when browsing at INCOGNITO MODE, so the problem is associated with my user. WHAT MUST I MODIFY=== thanks

The problem were the extensions.

I restored to default config and it unmark all extensiosn... NOW IT WORKS
