slimjet doesn't inform about new updates since 13.0.3.0

I have set the update mode to 'automatically check for newer version at every run', but slimjet doesn't show the orange info bar about the new version. I had to check it manually via 'menu' > 'help center' > 'check update'. This works. I had to do the same for the previous updates from 13.0.3.0 to 13.0.5.0 and then to 13.0.6.0.

Before I had checked manually for the update, the version.txt in 'AppData\Local\Temp\slimjet' showed this. So it seems to be, that the auto check works, but the orange info bar comes not up.

EDIT: Hm, based on the change log (http://www.slimjet.com/en/whatisnew.php) I think, that the automatic check informs only about important updates and therefor the "threshold" parameter exists in version.txt.

My 13.0.7.0 has offered me the update to 13.0.8.0. Do you still get no notification?

I did the update from 13.0.7.0 to 13.0.8.0 manually one week ago, before they have changed the 'Release_Update_Threshold' parameter in version.txt (path: '... AppData\Local\Temp\slimjet') from 13.0.3.0' to 13.0.8.0'.

The actually version of 'version.txt' shows this:
