Solved Slimjet no sound

Post by orz211120 »

Edited: I don't know if this a bug or not but i got it solved except I don't know what and how...
The thing I did :
1. disable some extension especially vpn extension
2. tried the solution on "How to install proprietary decoders from external ffmpeg library".
But the sound need to be almost max like 80 to really hear the sound.
I am sure that previously even when max no sound came out.

Hello,
I'm using MXLinux buster x86 with Slinjet Version 28.0.3.0 (Official Build) (64-bit) fresh intall with no sound. Just for this browser, no sound at all. Other browser don't have the problem. I don't know what causing it. Anyone have the same problem? I also have tried the solution posted on "How to install proprietary decoders from external ffmpeg library" but nothing work.

Try installing "MX Codecs Installer" . I did that but I didn't know if that what brought the changes. still you need to set the sound really high from 70 to max 100 to be able to hear sound changes.
