[Request] New Tab suggestions

I like the idea of a built in new tab page, and the existing one is pretty good. But I think there is room for improvement.

• First, I would like it to have its own database, so that clearing cache does not wipe out all the screenshots.
  
  Second, it would be nice to be able to refresh all the screenshots at once, rather than piecemeal.
  
  Third, I think there should be a confirm dialog when deleting tiles. It is too easy to hit the X accidentally.
  
  Fourth, and of course it would be great to be able to drag the tiles to different positions.
