This browser is amazing, but i find anoying that with other browsers i can change the youtube qualilty and with Slimjet in some videos it sticks with 360p (even if with the exacly same video, with other browser i can change it lets say to 720p)

Upgrade to version 1.1.1.0. There is an added switch to play YouTube videos in Flash instead of HTML5. This will allow for more resolutions.
The switch in is your Slimjet privacy settings. You will need to click "Show Advanced Settings" to see them. Scroll to the very bottom until you see "Force the use of flash player on youtube.com".
