Hello! I have a issue. I don't want all my google searches to be saved an accessed. This button as I highlight on this picture is not in google chrome, but it is in SlimJet. How can I remove this button? Thanks in advance

Set which search engine is used when searching from the omnibox.
Manage search engines...
Maximum number of items to show in suggestions list:
Type short alias instead of long URLs or commands to save time: Alias definitions...

Show search engine drop down button untick this setting will get rid of the search button but it doesn't stop the suggestions list.

Thanks for you reply. But this doesn't work to remove this button. Is it any other way to do it?

Show search engine drop down menu is unticked, but it's still there .. :/

That's the browser history button. You can clear history when closing the browser. Setting to do so automatically is under Privacy.

But no one can see it unless they have access to your OS user account.

use an anonymous search engine. Startpage is one of the good ones.
