Hi, I need to know too how to stop the little tab (from the URL, far right of the toolbar) that sets the translation options -- the one that normally opens when you go to set the language -- from continually opening every time I visit the site.
Even after I have set the language of the page, that tab still opens when I return to the site, the settings remain unchanged correctly, it just opens the tab again and again, it's cumbersome.
*I don't know if I am making myself clear, it is unfortunate that because one is a new registrant one cannot put images.
Thanks.

Check your settings
Settings > Languages > Language
click the carrot at the right to drop down the options for languages
look and and perhaps uncheck the option to offer to translate
Also click the hamburger three dot menu next to the list of languages and possibly changes those options

If I uncheck the option that offers to translate ... I will not be able to read this page correctly.

Do you mean caret rather than carrot? I think it is more like a chevron.oftentired wrote: ↑Tue Aug 16, 2022 7:02 pmCheck your settings

"No external links allowed for recently registered users."
What does the system mean by 'recently registered', do they mean hours, days, numbers of comments, etc.?
I don't think anyone understands what the issue is about, until i can post a screenshot.
Thanks.
