Yahoo extension

I have a Yahoo email account.

Every time I login to it and get ready to check my email, a pop-up advertising a new Yahoo extension appears.

I'm not interested in installing that extension.

Is there any way I can prevent it from appearing when I go to check my email?

A ad blocker or something like ghostery might block it or a extreme way would be to forward your yahoo mail to another web client gmail etc which would save you from accessing the login page at yahoo as you would only have to login to said account which the mail is forwarded to

I have Adblock plus and that has no effect on it. Yahoo has a redirect option that's available in the pay version. I have the free version. I'm probably going to have to live with it.
