Fully disable adblock on slimjet linux?

Hi, I use a xubuntu 18.04 and the latest slimjet version. I disabled adblock but ads still are blocked on almost sites, except "disable on this site" or "disable on entire domain" option. So how to fully disable adblock without add each site to white list? Thanks

I disabled it like that picture, but ads still are blocked

How do disable by modify configure file of slimjet?
