On Startup - Continue where you left off

Hi,
Looks like if the option to "continue where you left off" does not work anymore.
It's opening a new tab page and all of the previous session tabs are lost.
Version 29.0.2.0 (based on Chromium 87.0.4280.66) (Official Build) (32-bit)
Windows 10 Home.

Update 1: Well it is working ok on one of my computers but not on the other one. Not sure what is going on. Tried rebooting but no luck.
Update 2: Fixed. Did a "Repair browser registry settings" and it's now back to normal. Sorry should have tried more troubleshooting options before posting.
