"Unable to reach the site" false error

i've received the "Unable to reach the site" error.
if i try again in anonymous way (ctrl+N) the website is perfectly visible.
maybe it's a cache error, but i don't know how and where to clean cache memory's informations for this website.
can you help me please?

Not sure if it helps but I assume you tried cleaning the browser cache as a whole?
