Adobe Flash Player is blocked on v24.0.6.00 x64

Just installed the new version and Calendar and Accuweather says
adobe flash player blocked. How can I unblock ?

Found the icon which made me able to allow the flash player to operate? however it will require me to select it on every boot. I liked it the way it once was. How can I configure it to automatically work on every boot?

coordinating with adobe developers, the chromium browser engine people are phasing out use of adobe flash. you are experiencing the "next" step in that phasing out process. it won't be long before you cannot find anyway at all to use adobe flash in chromium based browsers.

You can't, that's the only way it works now. Adobe flash will be ending soon:
