Outlook OWA Issue

Post by scutrona »

Hello
from yesterday suddenly I can't log in to MS Outlook OWA (that is, through the browser).
I get the following error message:
X-ClientId: 2480408957904E52B963519879E6800F
request-id ab1deafc-69e9-4048-b90c-0a5c352739f0
X-Auth-Error System.ArgumentNullException
X-OWA-Version 15.20.2199.21
X-FEServer AM6PR02CA0023
X-BEServer AM5PR0902MB2099
Date:8/28/2019 5:17:46 PM
Browsing for help, I found that the cause is that "the GUID value is stored in the browser cookie collection and is included in an Outlook Web App or ECP request. If the GUID value that's stored in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) doesn't match, the server blocks the request."
My question is: where do I find Slimjet cookie collection? I searched in Settings->Privacy->Content Settings->All Cookies and Site Data, but it's empty.
Please note that this happens on a machine running an admittedly obsolete, yet perfectly working XP SP3, with SJ 10.0.13.
Also, any idea how to fix this?
Thanks for your help.

An easy way to find the cookies is to bookmark this address: chrome://settings/siteData
That will take you directly to where the cookies are stored.
