Proxy Authentication Window

Hi,
Since version 15.1.6.0 the implementation of the proxy login window that pops when user & pass is needed in order to login to a proxy, was changed.
The change mentioned above causes Slimjet on Windows & Mac to behave very strange (login window gets visible & hidden few times - loop) - this behaviour occurs when Slimjet is configured to load tabs from previous run ("On Startup->Continue where you left off").
Please fix this behaviour by returning the previous login implementation.
