Problem posting and browsing

I have found when posting my topic on uBlock that unless I have two versions of my posting running in two tabs, my post will not upload with Slimjet running on Zorin 12 (Ubuntu 16.04), saying:
"This site can’t be reached
www.slimjet.com’s server could not be found.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
and
"This site can’t be reached
www.slimjet.com’s server could not be found.
Try:
Checking the proxy, firewall and DNS configuration
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG”
I have also had, on other browsing occasions:
"Loading... waiting for zoringroup.com - never does
This site can’t be reached
www.itzgeek.com’s server could not be found.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN (then it opened!)
Resolving host...
There is no Internet connection
Try:
Checking the network cables, modem and router
Reconnecting to Wi-Fi
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET"
Anything that I can try to get things better? I have already repowered my router and changed my DNS provider - no change.
