YouTube says HTML5 video format not supported in Slimjet

Many Youtube.com videos fail to play in Slimjet. It says that the HTML5 video format is not supported in this browser. But the HTML5 help in Youtube says that Chrome does support HTML5 video so I expect it to work in Slimjet. None of the troubleshooting steps discussed online fix the problem.

Thank you! I'm using Windows so I'll need to research that solution more.

That solution is only for Linux or Mac. I'm not sure what works in Windows, but maybe check this old post:
