Its a free and lightweight Windows application that enables a simple but effective trick: the ability to scroll the contents of a window that is under your mouse cursor without shifting the focus to that window, saves you clicking from one side to the other in a folder to use scrolling. I found that once installed and used that i really miss it when i use windows which has not got it installed.
If it doesn't work in windows 8 try http://www.softwareok.com/?seite=Micros ... MouseWheel it does the same thing.
(didn't won't to add to tips because its not for slimjet but windows)

I use wizmouse too.

Another good one is AlwaysMouseWheel, which I used to use prior to Wizmouse!.
