How to improve pepper flashplayer video playback

I have made sure that my pepper flashplayer is up-to-date, but I'm having problems with the video (on all websites) being choppy/jerky (at 3.7mbps). I'm using 64-bit slimjet on Xubuntu 16.04-1. Are there any suggestions on how to improve this... I've read many reports of this and the alternatives are to switch to adobe -- but I'd prefer to stay with pepper.

May be your videocard rather than pepperflash ...you could try or make sure use Hardware Acceleration is on in slimjet settings and see if that helps. I'm a noob when it comes to linux but wasn't adobe flash non pepper abandoned by Adobe for linux platform a few years ago.
