[Feature Request] Stop auto-refresh

I don't know if this is possible, but I would love to stop pages from auto-refreshing. Currently every Chromium-based browser I've seen either lets you turn off all javascript or allow all javascript, though on a domain basis. I need to keep most JS, to see such things as Disqus comments and other page elements, but the author auto-refresh has got to go. Thanks.
