Chrome is multi-process and thus not supposed to save RAM. If your download speed is always much slower than your internet, there's something else wrong… You aren't confusing mbit/s and mB/s? I want Slimbrowser's own download manager back on slimjet. You know.... when I download anything with slimbrowser it runs 700kb-900kb or 1.2mb from my internet 14mb on every sites. when I download from firefox, ie, chrome, new opera they running around 300kb-400kb even you've download extension it ...
