Does Including Slimjet Brand Name In User String Help?

As the titles says, I'm curious if allowing the setting for the Slimjet Brand name to be included in the user string actually helps with exposure to the Slimjet project. Obviously it probably isn't going to be as effective as word-of-mouth, but every little bit helps. So is it helpful or not? Thanks.

Several Questions

As a newbie, I have several questions: 1. How do I enable the full URL to show in the URL bar? This includes the "http://" and all that good stuff. I'd also prefer the URL not to have any grey and just be completely black, but just being able to have the full URL would be nice. 2. How to I...

Re: Please add newer certificates on XP version

WinXP is the most recent full-featured operating system from Microsoft. All versions of Windows released after XP have had many important features disabled/removed. And there are useful device drivers that are not available in Windows versions after XP. They call it upgrading but recent versions of...

Re: So What's the Future Development Outlook For SlimBrowser

To disable WebRTC, select "Settings" from the gear icon menu, scroll to the "Security" section and turn off the option "Enable WebRTC". The really fast way to find things in the settings is to use the search feature at the top of the settings page. I typed in RTC and h...

Re: So What's the Future Development Outlook For SlimBrowser

I do believe they have switched their focus to Slimjet. You can still use Slimbrowser, but it will not have anymore updates. I used Slimbrowser for many years. It is an excellent user interface for IE. For me, transitioning to Slimjet only required that I accept the use of Bookmarks for my Groups l...

So What's the Future Development Outlook For SlimBrowser?

I'm brand new here (which should be obvious by the amount of posts on my forum record), and I'm curious as to the outlook of the future development of Slim Browser. The reason I prefer Slim Browser to the other Flash Peak browser Slim Jet is the advanced user interface. Yes, I know I'm in the minori...

Re: [Feature Request] option to accept an "invalid" certific

I also vote for this feature. Internet Explorer allows you to accept an "invalid" certificates, so I often find myself opening a tab in IE just to properly display a webpage. You've got to admit, it's really embarrassing when Internet Explorer has a feature Slim Jet does not. So I w...
