when starting SJ from shortcut that has incognito switched on Flash is [permanently disabled.

I am getting damned tired of having to whitelist my Flash sites, and then still seeing that damned 'right ckick' message for a few seconds while the Flash starts.

Found MY solution! DUMB idea of the chromium devs to 'insist' we start an incognito session with a blank tab!
WTF do they think we would do with a blank incognito tab besides open the same damned page we have in the settings as the HOME start page!

NOPE! making a new profile still opened a blank window telling me I 'am in incognito' mode.

14.0.2.0 opens a blank 'tab' for me when starting, even though I have a 'start page' set in the Settings. I tried changing the 'start' page, and still get a blank tab!

Seems like there have been changes that cause most pages to load very slow. More so than previous versions.
