Re: problem reinstalling chrome after using one of your vers
If you're running Windows, you could always try the Portable version of Chrome, available from PortableApps.com. https://portableapps.com/apps Like the SlimJet version, it will run from its own totally self-contained folder, which can be placed anywhere you like. I used to run it from My Documents. ...

Re: Help Slimjet Grow
Afternoon, all. Just thought I'd add my two-penn'orth here. SlimJet is well-known on the Puppy Linux forums, and in the Puppy Linux world in general. Being as how it's far lighter on resources than Chrome/Chromium, it fits in well with Puppy's lightweight, minimalist ethos, which is that of keeping ...

Re: How To Manually Update Pepperflash
@sjfandan:- Hmm; now that was a bit of a cop-out, wasn't it? Talk about going for the 'easy option'..... Notwithstanding the fact that Pepper is miles more secure than straight-forward Flash, I guess it only took you a couple of clicks, eh? SO easy..... Couldn't do that now, even if you wante...

Libnss in 13.0.9.0 under Linux...
Afternoon, all. Myself and a colleague have been re-packaging SlimJet for the Puppy Linux community for quite a while now. He takes care of the 32-bit versions, and I look after the 64-bit builds. Just wanted to say that with the addition of the WideVine modules, SlimJet is at long last the perfect ...
