Re: Slimjet + Sandboxie
Just tried the latest SJ in 32 and 64 and both fail to run in Sandboxie so there must be some sort of conflict between the two. Even tried the latest SB beta and that does not help.

Re: Slimjet + Sandboxie
I was already aware that he said "the latest version" of Sandboxie in a previous post. Sandboxie has official release versions and beta versions of newer builds, and it's impossible to tell which "latest" version djg14 is using. That's why I asked for clarity by asking him to te...

Re: Slimjet + Sandboxie
2) Please give me the exact version numbers of which version of Slimjet and Sandboxie you are using. And are you using the 32 bit or 64 bit versions of either of these? This is very important for me to know! Version 1.3.0.0 (based on Chromium 37.0.2062.94) djg14, this could be the key to solving th...

Re: Slimjet + Sandboxie
djg14, thanks for giving me hope that Slimjet and Sandboxie will work together. Myself and one other guy on the Sandboxie forum have tried to get them to work, and have been unsuccessful. I've tried both regular install and portable versions. Let me ask you some questions: 1) Did you dowmload and e...

Re: Slimjet + Sandboxie
Just wondering if anyone is using Slimjet under the great sandboxing application call Sandboxie (http://www.sandboxie.com). So far I have been unable to get Slimjet to connect to the internet when launched inside Sandboxie. I use Slimjet with Sandboxie latest. Don't do anything special. I use the p...

Re: SlimJet is reported as a threat
I appreciate your difficulties but also from our side there is so much malware around that we have to rely on the security software we have installed to protect us. I do not mean you any disrespect but I have not really dealt with you before to any degree. To help you I have reported it to Avast but...

Re: SlimJet is reported as a threat
Thank you for that. I can confirm it is now passed by Avast.flashpeak wrote:I believe Slimjet is no longer detected as threat by Avast now. If you still get the warning, please update your virus definition to the latest version.

Re: SlimJet is reported as a threat
I suggest AVAST! users become proactive with this issue and place the Slimjet execution file on the AV allowed list. I think this is down to the developer to submit it to the AV companies. On Virustotal one or two other scanners are finding it suspicious. I don't know enough to make a judgement so ...

Virus alert still being found
Although the download is now cleared by Avast as being cleared. This morning when I started the program Avast gave an alert that the program contained a virus and proceeded to delete the installation. Same thing happened when I installed Slimjet again. I do think that you should submit this program ...
