I suggest liberal use of Win + L or Ctrl + Alt + Del click switch user I do not know of a way to do what your asking with Slimjet. In settings for the Omnibox you have the option, "Maximum number of items to show in suggestions list" and a drop down selecting 5 through 20. He wants zero.

Win 10 has that security aspect that forces you to enter credentials every time a programs wants to make certain changes. Perhaps you've modified the behaviour choices of that and it is behind the scenes doing its thing? So you may need to go look at that. It is called User Account Control settings.
