I too see a "dark border" along the top of the browser in Full Screen mode. But I also see the typical controls a the top right to minimize, restore down, or close. And the size of the "dark border" is exactly that same as the title bar. So really all that is happening on my screen is the bookmarks ...

Same problem running 23.0.1. I've just installed 32.0.2 and the problem has gone away.

Sure, on your SSD drive where you have portable folder. Make a copy of that folder with some basic name change for the folder, and use a different instance of portable for each OS.

This is not an intended Slimjet behaviour. Sounds like you have malware of some kind on your system. I suggest scanning with one or more reliable anti-virus / anti-malware programs. Also, review the extensions you have installed, you may have picked up one that is supported by adware activity.
