The problem with that is: how would you know if you were using a fake version of the site unless you make sure by carefully checking the spelling of the name in the address bar. Well, checked again - same situation - only Slimjet giving the error. My first post on this was November 30, and now it is December 04. Checked updater - no new version available.

It's not just Yahoo mail, my bank and Amazon have the same problem - but ONLY with Slimjet.

I just checked (Dec 03, 6:30am) and still the same problem unresolved. I also checked the exact same sites (my bank and amazon.com & amazon.ca) on all my other browsers installed - Firefox, Chrome, Chromium, Vivaldi, Opera & Pale Moon - and only Slimjet has the problem. So, this is a Slimjet...

I read all the links from the link you provided - so...what do we do to fix it? Seems like the cause is clear to those that understand these kind of things, but there is no obvious fix for Slimjet - or am I just stupidly missing something here?

Just installed the Slimjet 12.0.10.0 - problem persists. Did a restart of Linux Mint as well.

BTW, my Linux Mint is fully updated.
