I've been having this problem for the past week on 32.0.2.0. Maybe 32.0.3.0 will fix this issue when it's released. In the meantime, to visit youtube, I am using the Brave browser. I was thinking it may be the latest kernel causing this problem, so I booted to the last 2 previous kernels, same issue...
