Eventually I found the answer myself with the help of a good web search engine... Settings --> Advanced --> Downloads ---> then Enable "Ask where to save each file before downloading" Once I enabled "Ask where to save each file before downloading" Slimjet is now doing what I want...

I am afraid, this is the wrong answer, oftentried. Install both extensions and try it out. Then you'll see CTRL+S does not work for either of them with Slimjet. Hi, Is it possible to change the "Save" function to be permanently "Save As" ? I am using two extensions to save web pages - Save Page WE and Web Scrap Book - and I have with these two addons no possibility with Slimjet to change the file name when I download web pages with it. W...
