What do we do with these flags to make it Portable?

Firstly - thanks for Slimjet! Does everything I need, and so much lighter and portable!

As per title - I've been regularly toggling this on, then off, to get it to register and not show downloads.
Can't say what triggers it back to on, but it definitely shows regularly when the setting is off.
