The 32-bit web installer installs 23.0.8.0 while the offline installer provides 23.0.9.0.

It's weird. The computers at work that I didn't use as often had 23.0.4.0 and showed they could update to 23.0.5.0, which then running the update bumped them to 23.0.6.0.

But the ones with 23.0.5.0 all have failed to detect it, aside from one that missed it several times before...
