I also had the same issue though I'm on Win10 1680x1050. To correct it I had to turn off Hardware acceleration. I've used other chrome based browsers and not experienced this issue with any of them Opera, Chrome etc. Though maybe my issue was a bit different as things would display fine for a bit, t...
