The issue has been fixed in 43.0.8. Please update. The third-party weather API returns a webp image format even if the file name says PNG and thus caused an unexpected crash.

This is caused by a change on the side of Netflix. Based on what we've investigated so far, this affects all chromium-based browsers and hard to fix. Netflix decided to tighten their DRM standard so that it's compatible with Chrome only.

Bug reproduced. Will fix.

When watching movies or Youtube in full screen mode Slimjet 38.0.4.0 constantly crashes.
The problem has been dragging on since November 2022, other browsers have no problems.
I need the sidebar, I can't disable it. How to make Slimjet work fine in full screen mode?

Thanks for proposing the new logo. It certainly goes well with the current trend of flat & simplistic design style. But it's probably a little too simplistic. I'd rather not change it for the moment.

We disabled the chromium side panel since it is duplicate with our own implementation of bookmark side panel. But the reading list is disabled together with that. We will find a way to bring back the reading list if it's a critical feature for users.

The previous third-party host for ffmpeg windows binary build was already shutdown. We just switched to a new server. But it offers only 64-bit for now. If you are using 64-bit windows (you don't have to use slimjet 64), it should work fine. I believe most people use 64-bit windows now.

Starting from today, forum registration is only available through Slimjet, in order to effectively combat the amount of spam. You will need Slimjet 26.0.3 or later in order to register for slimjet forum.
