Found solution and it seems a bug te me:
When I go to chrome://settings/privacy and uncheck the setting "Replace indirect link in search engine results with direct link to original site", the problem is solved

Google Search results won't open in the same tab.
I can only open links using ctrl-clicking the link.
This behaviour is only on Google.com and in Slimjet not in Chrome or Edge.

No, because themes don't change the appearance of buttons, only the colors of tabs and pages.
Would love to see minimalistic buttons used in Chrome.

SlimJet is the best browser I used to far, because of its intelligent tab-resources management. Enable WebRTC (set enabled)
