I don't use Twitter very often, but it seems to work fine with Slimjet. Could you let me know where you're experiencing issues?

In the Bookmark Manager (use Ctrl + Shift + O to access it), you can rearrange your bookmarks according to your preferences.

It appears beneficial to set the *.manifest file to read-only in the Slimjet main directory immediately after installation.
