No chance at all.
The MAIN code for Chrome/Chromium which SlimJet and all Chrome-based web browsers has not been supported (depreciated) on Windows XP or Vista for a while now.

Change ALL LINKS TO START WITH https versus http. That WILL fix the problem with ANY insecure site that supports HTTPS (Secure Connections).

I believe this is a limitation of the ad-blockers . I have the SAME problems using any or all AD-BLOCKING add-on to Chrome or Firefox (Adblock Plus, Ghostery, or Abine's BLUR) separate or concurrently. Even with uMatrix installed/running I can NOT get these pesky ads to go away. Google wants their ...

Have you tried DISABLING the AD-BLOCK options in SJ or any AD-BLOCK type add-on's you might have enabled?
These thing are KNOWN to have issues with Captcha & the like.
