I agree with that. It is very frustrating to close all tabs without a yes or no button.
I hope this will be changed to a normal behavior like other Browsers.

How to always open pages in new windows
I want every new web page to always open in a new windows and never in new tab. There is an option to warn you when you close multiple tabs but it just shows a message with just an OK choice that closes all tabs without the choice yes or no so the navigation by tabs is frustrating.
