I updated to 12.0.1.0 today on a Windows 7 desktop. Now the display is all messed up. Is this version not compatible with Windows 7? I had no problems with my Windows 10 PC. Was perfectly fine until I updated. Is this a known bug? I don't see anything about that.

I like the option to open it in the background but since the latest update it is opening in the foreground even though I do not have that option checked in the settings.
