Problem still exist

Hi I have found some problem. "new tab" button (+) on a right side of last opened tab, is very not precise. Bottom of this button doesn't work (1/4 or even 1/3 of bottom). It's annoying when i want to open new tab and this button doesn't work because i click to much on the bottom. Thank You

I can confirm with 10.0.3.0 and 10.0.5.0.
Firefox and Chrome is free from this bug.
