Glad to help out and I'm the same with chrome store extensions and bloat that's why i use userscripts when i can but in slimjet not all of them run natively so have to run tampermonkey which can be the biggest ram hog out so its a catch 22... run without scripts, extensions with faster loading or have a slower page loading with them but have having a better and safer web browsing experience.
Here's two sites for userscripts btw now that the default site has gone https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts and https://monkeyguts.com/ and there are quite few on https://userstyles.org/styles which can give you better look for certain sites like black google or youtube etc, the authors let tampermonkey run them instead of the extension Stylish.
