winutils.dll is missing on latest beta build

when I try to upload or attach file in my email or other websites, this message pops up and I fail to upload image or any other files.

so i can't even upload the pic of error message as proof.

but it says "winutils.dll missing. please reinstall slimjet!"

the previous version (22) of slimjet or internet explorer doesnt have this problem so I think this is related to the latest build.


I fresh installed windows 7 64bit just yesterday and never tweaked registry and such.


any solution?

Same problem running 23.0.1. I've just installed 32.0.2 and the problem has gone away.
