I have AppData\Local\Temp\sjt7z_x64_console.exe which Norton Security Scan is showing as having a Trust Level of "Poor" - "Poorly Trusted - There are some indications that this file is untrustworthy". I also have sjt7z_x86_console.exe in the same folder but Norton is not flagging that one.

It is in your Temp folder. Delete it. But I highly doubt that Slimjet is introducing anything bad into your computer in any way. A poor level of trust is indicating that Norton is probably showing that few people use Slimjet.

It's false positive. The file was most likely downloaded and extracted from temp by slimjet auto update.
