[Feature Request] Tab Option for Middle Button Mouse Click

Add a user selected toggle in Settings:Tab Options to select the behaviour for opening a webpage by middle mouse clicking a bookmark, currently the behaviour is established that a bookmark middle mouse button click will open the page in a new tab in the foreground, the desired Tab Options setting would allow a user to change this to opening a bookmark with a middle mouse click in a new tab in the background while the current active tab remains active.

I, personally, prefer using the mouse right-click method for opening a new bookmark or for clicking on a link in email or web page.

The right-click method will offer you the options for opening that selection in a new tab or new window...I prefer to use my mouse center button for auto-scrolling on the currently loaded page...

I never use my middle button on my mouse for clicking on anything. Only scrolling with it.
