[Feature Request] New Tab Page

It would be a great feature to have absolute control over the New Tab Page lay.

In Addition to the Feature Requests already made regarding the new tab page, I want to push my own emphasis on these

• Any number of tiles from Zero to a realistic infinity
• Control over the size and position of the tiles
• a discrete toggle to show or not show the tiles (in order to enjoy the background theme)

• a, "Use on all buttons" next to, "use fixed URL or command" to switch all the tiles back to independence
