can not install video transcoder to download a you tube video It ends up in my temp folder

have video_transcoder.7z which can be opened with winrar
opened there is a file video_transcoder containing ffmpeg-20151027-git-d897d4c-win32-static which has 6 files
bin doc licenses presets ff-prompt.bat README.txt
any way to put this in slimjet using the portable version
