Attempting to load "http://www.finecooking.com/item/5442/jalapeño-chiles" I get the error message "The URI you submitted has disallowed characters." (I didn't 'submit' those characters, I entered them (but that's another issue)).
Searching the web I've found that that this error message is associated with PHP in "Codeigniter', and that started to be a problem since at least 11/15.
I've not seen this error message before, nor have I found a resolution other than ignoring it, which I would not like to do.
Has anyone seen this before? Is there a known resolution to this issue in this community?

swop the ñ with a n and the site works http://www.finecooking.com/item/5442/jalapeno-chiles
