Re: Why are my downloads being handled by IE?
...there were two programs that I was having the problem with...update downloads for Glary Utilities and CCleaner...They don't need updates now so I'm not sure how to test if I fixed the problem. Other updates do seem to go through Slimjet... I don't use Glary Utilities but I use CCleaner Free. My ...

Re: Why are my downloads being handled by IE?
Yeah, that's cool. I am not running Slimjet anymore due to ongoing issues and the fact that it is always behind the current Chrome release by quite a bit. I am rather attached to Chrome 64 bit right now and it performs nicely for me. The advantages of running Slimjet at least for me are no longer re...

OK, then double check. Go to Control Panel/Default Programs/ and make sure that Slimjet is chosen as the default there.

Re: Issues with Webcam Pages
I just need to settle down and get back to the basics. I am sold on the speed of Chromium based browsers, that is for sure. Cent looks interesting. But I think that sticking with the latest Chrome 64bit release and using the latest Opera release as a backup as I am doing right now is exactly what I ...

Re: Issues with Webcam Pages

Re: Issues with Webcam Pages
I am pretty much done with Mozilla based browsers. I have Chrome 64bit installed with an extension called "Neater Bookmarks" and I like it. I also am using the very same extension in Opera and have V7 bookmarks side panel turned off. I think that I have broken the side panel habit in favor...

Re: Inactive window status of slimjet after open/close tabs
Chrome 64bit is working magnificently for me. Tests better and faster at the html5 and Octane sites than Slimjet 64bit with the same extensions running. Slimjet, it was nice knowing you.

Re: On Windows XP-Nothing but Problems !
What version of Slimjet are you running ? It should be this version since you are on XP....

As far as deleting e mails...where are they being deleted from ? What are you using for e mail ? Slimjet does not delete anything on it's own.

Re: Bookmarks side panel
None that I am aware of. There are button add ons in the Chrome store that open the bookmark manager in one click.
